1.The privacy of this site
This page describes the management methods of the www.lucavitabile.com site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This policy may be updated without prior notice, so it is advisable to periodically check the terms.
This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with the Site and with the web services provided therein, accessible electronically from the address: www.lucavitabile.com corresponding to the homepage of the official website of the AV company Shirts s.r.l.
The information is provided exclusively for the website www.lucavitabile.com (from now on), for the pages relating to the Online Shop and not for any other websites consulted by the User through hyperlinks (or other type) of connections).
2.Owner and manager of the treatment
Data controller, pursuant to art. 28 of the Privacy Code is the company A.V. Shirts s.r.l, P.Iva 05133351212 with headquarters in Via M.Recanati, 99, 80046 – San Giorgio a Cremano (NA), in the person of the Legal Representative pro tempore, whose name will be provided on request to be sent to the email address.
The interested party can request a complete list of the Managers (currently not appointed) and the persons in charge of the processing, by sending a request to the e-mail address onlineshop@lucavitabile.it
3.Place of data processing
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at A.V. Shirts s.r.l, with headquarters in Via M.Recanati, 99, 80046 – San Giorgio a Cremano (NA), and are only handled by technical staff of the office in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
Personal data will also be processed at the Milan office and will be stored at the company’s servers in the same location.
The data provided will be processed within the Italian territory and will be processed and stored in Italian territory (and in any case within the European Union) by personnel specifically appointed for this purpose, pursuant to art. 42 of Legislative Decree 196/03, in compliance with current legislation in the Community and national field regarding privacy and processing of personal data.
The data collected in specific sections of this Site (Online Shop) may also be processed by other subjects (Banks or other subjects who will handle the payments or send the goods purchased by the User) duly indicated in this statement.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
4.Purpose of the treatment
Following consultation of this Site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests are used only to respond to requests made, perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.
For browsing the Site, beyond the data automatically collected by the system (and indicated below), the user will not be required to provide any additional personal data.
Where, by accessing the appropriate section of the Website, the User intends to proceed with the purchase of one or more products sold through the Website itself, the following data may be requested:
– first name
– surname
– VAT tax code
– residential address
– telephone number
– credit card details
The processing of personal data pursues purposes strictly related and instrumental to the provision of the services described on the Site (purchase of the product, its invoicing and shipping) and managed by the data controller.
The data concerning the User will be processed for:
1 the use of the proposed services, to fulfill contractual obligations, to specific requests of the User;
2 management of payments. This entails the processing of payment data, according to the terms and methods established by current legislation. Such data could also include the identification of credit / debit cards or other electronic payment instruments, if such payment instruments are actually envisaged and chosen by the User. At no time during the purchase procedure A.V. Shirts s.r.l is able to know the information related to the electronic payment instrument chosen and used by the buyer. They are in fact transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank or to another person (in this case the Stripe platform, whose privacy policy and terms of service are referred to: www.stripe.com) which manages the transaction. No computer archive of A.V. Shirts s.r.l will retain this information. High vacuum Shirts s.r.l could only some information on the outcome of the transaction requested by the user, for the sole purpose of verifying the successful payment;
3 in any case comply with any legal, accounting, tax, administrative and contractual obligations in place or to be established, or to provide the requested services;
These data are necessary, their lack or incorrect indication will not make it possible to provide the proposed services or fulfill the requests of users.
The data provided by the User may in future be processed for further purposes, subject to specific consent of the interested party, identified in the appropriate summary information that will be proposed to the User.
At the moment, the data provided by the user are not used for sending advertising material, carrying out market surveys or profiling customers.
5.Type of data processed
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These are data, which are collected to obtain anonymous statistical information to allow the regular operation of the Site, which are not associated with specific subjects specifically identified, but could, through subsequent processing and associations with data also held by third parties, lead to their detection.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
The data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the Website: apart from this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
No navigation data is disseminated or communicated to third parties.
6.Data provided voluntarily by the user
Any optional explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. It is specified that the e-mail address, so acquired, will be kept only for the time necessary to process the request received and will subsequently be deleted.
The www.lucavitabile.com website does not require personal data from minors. If a minor subject wishes to make purchases of goods, he / she must be assisted by a parent or an authority with which to proceed with the order, subject to the general conditions of service and the Privacy notice. Any conferment of data must be supervised and with the approval of the parent or of the competent authority. The data provided without complying with the precautions above will be immediately deleted.
The www.lucavitabile.com website never asks the User to provide sensitive data. “Sensitive data” means personal data suitable for detecting racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, religious or philosophical or political associations or organizations. or union, as well as personal data suitable to detect the state of health and sex life.
However, in relation to specific requests or spontaneous communications from the User, A.V. Shirts s.r.l. was in possession of data pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003, the aforementioned data will be processed within the limits and in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003 and, in any case, will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties.
7.Method of treatment
The data will be processed with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, by persons specifically appointed to do so. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access to them.
These data will be processed electronically and electronically, and stored on computer, paper and any other suitable support, in compliance with the security measures imposed by current legislation.
Personal data will be stored in the form that allows the identification of the User only in the cases and for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, in compliance with the terms of the law. All data will be processed in such a way as to minimize, through the adoption of appropriate and preventive security measures in accordance with the law, the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data, unauthorized access or processing not allowed or not in accordance with the aforementioned purposes.
The data can be known and then treated by the members of the staff of A.V. Shirts s.r.l.individuati as in charge of treatment.
The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and conditions expressly indicated in the privacy notice, always in strict compliance with the principle of necessity and proportionality.
Specifically, the User’s data may be disclosed to:
– anyone legitimate recipient of communications required by law or regulations (such as, for example: Offices and Public Authorities);
– anyone who is the recipient of communications required to fulfill the obligations deriving from the services provided (eg couriers who will physically carry out the delivery of the goods or the platform that will manage the electronic payment)
The user’s data may be communicated and consequently also processed by:
– companies and / or collaborators for the management of administrative services that are used to fulfill their legal or contractual obligations.
Should communication to other subjects not previously identified of the aforesaid data be necessary, the Data Controller will provide adequate communication, updating the Privacy Policy and contacting the interested parties. The communication of the aforementioned data, in any case, will be in full compliance with the current legislation, indicating the subjects who will operate as managers or agents.
The updated list of the subjects to whom your data could be communicated, as managers or in charge of processing, will be made available upon request to be forwarded to the e-mail address onlineshop@lucavitabile.it or, by registered mail addressed to AV Shirts s.r.l, located in Via M.Recanati, 99, 80046 – San Giorgio a Cremano (NA).

9.Rights of the interested parties

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

c) to obtain an indication of the identification details of the owner and managers;
d) to obtain the indication of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know them as managers or agents;
e) to obtain the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
f) to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
g) to obtain the attestation that the operations referred to in letters “e” and “f” have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, with the exception of the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
h) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
i) to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
